Revival Counseling Bible Institute (RCBI) Inc, htts:// revivalcounselingbibleinstitute.org, like all charitable organizations, we accept your donation on a “No irrevocable gift basis”. That is to say, “No refund basis”.
Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of the revivalcounselingbibleinstitute.org. The revivalcounselingbibleinstitute.org will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of the revivalcounselingbibleinstitute.org.
No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances the gift would jeopardize the donor’s financial security.
The revivalcounselingbibleinstitute.org will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.
The revivalcounselingbibleinstitute.org will accept donations of cash or publicly traded securities. Gifts of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of the revivalcounselingbibleinstitute.org.
Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner, must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special obligations raised or liabilities they may pose for revivalcounselingbibleinstitute.org.

Exception to our policy is when a mistake has occurred during the process of making your donation. For example, if the submit button is accidentally hit twice and a double donation is made; or if an incorrect amount is entered, and a donation is made in an amount that you did not intend. In these cases, please contact us via email within 30 days of your donation at rcbiprayer@gmail.com We will be more than happy to assist you with your refund.
RCBI refund policy when RCBI cancel Ministry internship Trainings registration. , If a class is cancelled by the RCBI prior to class starting date, 100% of tuition and applicable fees for the particular ministry training will be refunded.
4. Student registration Refund policy
- RCBI refund policy when you cancel your Ministry internship Trainings registration. Refundable less than General services fees, application fees and third party fees, when you cancel your registration.
- You can request refunds of your Ministry internship Trainings registration in writing within 30days before the class starts by email to rcbiprayer@gmail.com only
- You are responsible to pay for the General affiliates, and third party VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICA EXPRESS, DISCOVER stripe and Paypal processing fees. if it applies in your unique situation.
- You acknowledge enrolling in RCBI’s Ministry internship Trainings and accepted RCBI refund policy. You will receive refunds after the General services and application fees, affiliates fees, and third party VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICA EXPRESS, DISCOVER stripe and Paypal processing fees. if RCBI General services fees and application fees, affiliates fees, and third party processing fees apply in your unique situation when you cancel your registration. - Allow RCBI Refunds payment processing 3-5days RCBI business (MTWFM).

- You accept to give to RCBI healing orientation per session to support God Almighty and Jesus work.
- You accept to apply the healing orientation prayer by Jesus counsel solution on your need on your own. (Deuteronomy 4:2), without Prophetess Felicitas supervision. OR
OPTION B: Additional service request availability comes with cost only
Healing through faith and prayer by God Almighty and Jesus counsel fights against autism, cancer and sickness is an additional “spiritual warfare” service request for Prophetess Felicitas to perform for the cure. This advance prayer is evidence based outcome driven solution.
- You accept to request for this advanced prophetic healing service if you could not apply the healing orientation prayer by Jesus counsel solution on your need effectively on your own only. (Deuteronomy 4:2). and ministerial service cost applies.
- You accept Prophetess Felicitas to supervise you daily on how to apply the healing orientation prayer by Jesus counsel over your need and service cost applies.
- You accept Prophetess Felicitas to apply healing through faith and prayer by God Almighty and Jesus counsel over your need and service cost applies.
6. RCBI Service cost is based on the following factors: :For the laborer is deserving of his wages” Biblical principle.
- Your accepting Prophetess Felicitas to supervise your prayers and perform the prayer by God Almighty and Jesus counsel for the healing of autism or sickness. You are accepting to pay Prophetess Felicitas ministry service cost. Spiritual warfare prayer fight against autism and various illnesses. It is not by donation because it is intensive and may include the following:.
- The number of days Prophetess Felicitas spiritual warfare fasting may last (seven days or more) ,
- The prayer sequence 3times or 4times a day in spiritual warfare.
- The number of days seven days and or more days for the healing prayer lasts.
- The kind of health and mental health need . Jesus says in Matthew 17:21 “But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.
- The number of ministerial staff performing prayer care.
- Venue Any travel to & fro
- Biblical truth about paying ministerial labor. it is written in the scripture Matthew 10:10 …for the worker is deserving of his support. Luke10:7…for the laborer is deserving of his wages.1 Corinthians 9:3-4, 11 My defense to those who examine me is this: Do we not have a right to eat and drink? If we sowed spiritual things in you, is it too much if we reap material things from you?1 Timothy 5:18…. “The laborer is worthy of his wages.”

Non English speaking Users:
(i) The user accept to provide your own interpreter who can speak your language and English language to assist you during healing orientation sessions and prayer to benefit from the services. if you have such need during prophetess Felicitas healing orientation and prayer activities for your need. Personal interpreter could be your family members, friends, or interpreter agency. You are responsible to pay for your own interpreter service fees on your own.
(ii) The user of our service pays for your personal interpreter fees.
(iii) RCBI does not have Foreign Language Interpreter service during 1 on 1 individual Q &A sessions and healing orientation session and RCBI is not responsible to pay your personal interpreter service fees if you choose to use our service. Orientation will be on English language.
